·         What is cuisine and what is Indian cuisine?

According to me cuisine means it is a category of food basically in this category has their own methods or some recipes and other things and this category represents a country.in particular country itself it has various category and it is differed from country to country.

A part from that one cuisine is Indian cuisine it means first of all it represents Indian preparations and their dishes consist of various sub categories like Rajasthani cuisine, pahadi cuisine, Maharashtrian cuisine etc., all of these are sub categories of Indian cuisine

Every part of India has their own preparations one method of same food like you will find different variety of daal for every 200 km it is that much diverse.

Basically, iam from Maharashtra and in Maharashtra itself I found uncountable variety of preparations especially non veg items and in that also white meat like fish or chicken. but as I know lots of Maharashtrian cuisine so as respect to other cuisine, we will go from less known to popular cuisine of India like I might start from 7 sisters of India which means 7 states of India consists of Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and assam.

I also heard that in one show MasterChef Ranveer Brar also told that it’s a very difficult to be able to make all Indian preparation by one person If somebody can I will appreciate him.
